History
E.B. Peffer Co. Inc. was founded in 1958 by Elmer and Jeani Peffer in the Zelienople area. E.B. Peffer Co. began as a part-time business that has grown over the years into a full-time cleaning operation involving school, office, and factory cleaning. Today, E.B. Peffer focuses on providing clients with quality service and dependability.
Founders
Founders Elmer and Jeani Peffer. Elmer Peffer spent his youth and early adulthood working in agriculture and soon found interest in the cleaning industry. He and his wife Jeani realized that there was opportunity in the cleaning industry, so they founded E.B. Peffer Co. Inc. in 1958.
Owner
Gregg Peffer is the son of Elmer and Jeanie Peffer and has been the owner and head of operations since 2014. Gregg has been in the business since 1979 and has a BA in business with a concentration in marketing as well as extensive field experience in the janitorial industry.
Human Resources
Darlene Rowlands oversees the HR and procurement department and has been with E.B. Peffer since May of 2005. Darlene has a background in office management and customer support.
Head Supervisor
Bob Thomas has been with E.B. Peffer since 2014 and oversees hourly employees and account operations. Bob has a background in industrial manufacturing and supervising labor in the industrial process.
Payroll Supervisor
Jaime Lippart has been with E.B. Peffer since 2021. She oversees payroll operations. Jaime has a background in all levels of business management.
