Interview Process
Once your resume and application are submitted, our team will discern whether or not an interview is the proper next step. If so, we will reach out to you via phone or email. Interviews may be conducted in person or virtually depending on current events with COVID. The interview process includes a full criminal background check. Those interested in working in school accounts must also complete a PA Sexual Misconduct and Release form and a fingerprinting process.
Training
Training consists of a breakdown of the rules and regulations mentioned in the employee handbook followed by on-the-job training with a supervisor. Training will include proper cleaning methods, proper equipment and chemical use, and proper safety techniques.
Positions Available
Currently E.B. Peffer is looking for dedicated individuals who strive to do the best work possible. There are several part-time and full-time non-benefit positions available that include tasks of general disinfection and full janitorial cleaning.
